How long should you wear Yoga Toes for?
You should start by wearing Yoga Toes for 10-20 minutes a day, gradually working up to one hour until you are used to the feeling. Generally speaking, the more you wear them, the better, however, it is not advised that you walk in them, unless it is comfortable for you to do so.
